The Brooks, Colquitt, Grady, Mitchell, and Thomas County Joint Development Authority will host a quarterly meeting on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, at 12:00 PM. The meeting will be at the Moultrie-Colquitt County Development Authority offices, located at 116 First Avenue, SE, Moultrie, GA 31776.
